DESCRIPTION:First Thursday Poetry Open Mic in Fort Bragg\, CA \nLarry Felson has graciously offered an outdoor space for our June open mic (address and directions below). It will be offsite\, not at the library. You’ll be comfortably spaced to ensure safety. Notice: 6 p.m. start time. \nDan Hess will also Zoom this outdoor event with a laptop and modem\, so you may still be able to read poems even if you’re unable to join in person. However\, there may be some sound problems with zooming outdoors. To receive an invitation to the Zoom reading\, or for more information\, contact Dan Hess\, Branch Librarian (info in Organizer section below). \nLarry & Wendi Felson\n31051 Boice Lane\, Fort Bragg\n510-684-8270\nlarryfelson325@gmail.com\n \nDirections:\nFrom North (Fort Bragg area): Boice Lane runs off Highway One 3 miles south of “downtown” Fort Bragg & a mile south of the Botanical Gardens. Look for the second-hand store\, “Re-find\,” located on the northeast corner of Boice Lane—the street sign is hard to see. Turn WEST TOWARD THE OCEAN. Go a quarter mile down the street to the second driveway on the left—there will be a red Ram truck and parking area in front of the house. \nFrom South (Caspar and Mendocino area): If you are coming from the south\, Boice Lane is a couple miles north of Casper; After you see the cannabis dispensary\, “Henry’s Meadow\,” you will be turning LEFT a block away at the corner toward the ocean (“Re-find” will be on the right side of the street).
