DESCRIPTION:Writers Read Ukiah last Thursday poetry series will meet on Thursday\, September 24\, at 7 PM at the Grace Hudson Museum in Ukiah. The featured reader is Ethel Mays. \nEthel Mays has had the honor and pleasure of sharing her art and writing with diverse areas of the world. She has been published in the US and Canada\, as well as in many parts of her beloved home state of California. Her literary road trips frequently included adventures on the Mendocino Coast and in Willits and Ukiah. She is happy to once again share her writings in the county that gave her the nickname of “Out-of-Town Local.” \nOpen mic session will follow the featured reading. Maximum time for each reader is five or six minutes\, depending.
